By placing an order you are agreeing to our terms & conditions.
These terms & conditions are updated from time to time and the changes will be effective at the point of order.
Bookings
Bookings and offers of bookings are all subject to availability. When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in the booking form. The party leader must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking. No students accepted unless by prior arrangement. Please check all booking details carefully and inform us of any incorrect information immediately. The holidaymaker books the holiday as the consumer and therefore agrees that no liability can be accepted by Elvis & Kresse for any expenses, costs, losses, claims or other sums of any description which relate to any business suffered or loss incurred.
Check-in & Check-out
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am unless prior arrangement has been made.
Pets
Unfortunately pets are not allowed unless by prior arrangement. We have sheep on the farm as well as two farm dogs which makes it impractical to add to the mix.
EV Charging
Charging is not permitted via leads from any internal electrical points in our holiday homes for safety reasons. Should any incidents occur due to incorrect and unpermitted charging guests will be liable for all associated costs.
Payment and Cancellation
Once a booking is received and accepted by us, you are liable to pay the full rent. Should you cancel your booking within 8 weeks of your stay an administration fee of £10 (including VAT) will be charged, but there will be no additional cancellation charge. Should you cancel your booking within 4 weeks of your stay 30% of your booking will be charged. Should you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of your stay 50% of your booking will be charged. Should you cancel your booking within 1 week of your stay 75% of your booking will be charged.
Liability
We shall have no liability for any death or personal injury unless this results from the negligence of Elvis & Kresse or its employees (providing they were at the time acting in the course of their employment). In addition, we accept no responsibility for the safety of, or the loss or damage to the tenants’ possessions whilst on the farm. Exception to this is if damage or loss is caused by negligence by us or our team.
Telephones, Wifi, Television
Mobile access is limited, but the wifi is great so we recommend switching to internet calling. There is no television.
Chargebacks
If You make a Booking using the Payment Platform, You agree to the booking Terms and Conditions which incorporate this Chargeback Policy. Chargebacks occur when your payment card provider makes a demand to return monies on a transaction which you claim is fraudulent or otherwise in dispute. We recognise that chargebacks can happen for a variety of valid reasons. However, if you make a payment-card payment in respect of a booking, and you later dispute this legitimate charge by raising a chargeback without merit (as determined in our sole discretion), whether fraudulently or otherwise, then we may take steps to recover any charges resulting from such an unmerited chargeback from You directly. Unmerited chargebacks include but are not limited to: disputing a charge made in accordance with the the cancellation policy; disputing a charge made in respect of the property rental in which you fail to make reasonable efforts to work with us to resolve any issues; disputing a charge made in respect of a booking which was modified by you and ourselves in breach of these booking conditions; or requesting a chargeback without a legitimate reason and/or failing to provide any supporting information in respect of the chargeback to allow those parties from which the chargeback is requested to assess the basis of the chargeback request. We take a zero tolerance approach to chargeback fraud. Further, in the event of any unmerited chargeback request, We reserve the right to recover monies by any legitimate means available to us, including using a third-party debt collection agency or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to you in such circumstances.

Accessibility
If you have any accessibility requirements, such as reduced mobility, please let our team know at the time of booking so that we can coordinate effectively.
Losses and Damages
Losses or damages incurred by any member of your party during your holiday must be paid for. Before you arrive, the property will have been thoroughly cleaned and checked. If you find any discrepancies with the state of the property please notify our team as soon as possible and certainly within 24 hours. Any losses or damages caused after this will be your responsibility and it may be worth checking with your own insurance company whether they will cover you in these circumstances. If a loss or damage does occur to the property while you are staying there, please inform our team as soon as possible to agree the level of charges to be paid. Charges will be deducted from your security deposit.
Smoking, E-Cigarettes, Candles
In accordance with current legislation, smoking or use of e-cigarettes is not permitted on the farm.
Complaints
All complaints must be notified to our team immediately, so that on-the-spot investigation can be made if necessary and remedial action taken if required. Under no circumstances will compensation be made for complaints raised after the holiday period has ended, or when the holidaymaker has denied us the opportunity of investigating the complaint and endeavouring to put matters right during the holiday period.
Law
The contract between you and Elvis & Kresse is governed by English Law. Any dispute you have with us shall be dealt with in an English or Welsh Court of Law. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained within these booking conditions. Our guests are required to abide by the law of the land at all times during their stay.
